Courtney Love Not Amused By Kelly Osbourne Calling Her ‘Crackhead’

Courtney Love is not too happy over comments made by Kelly Osbourne on a recent episode of “Fashion Police” on E! In a video for VYou, Courtney answered a fan’s question about how long she’d been sober and also vented her anger about Kelly’s remarks:

“The answer is ’05. Since October ’05.”
“Kelly Osbourne and Joan Rivers called me a crackhead on the E! channel. Kelly knows I’m sober. Kelly knows there’s no drugs allowed at my house. I think it’s really lame.”

“This girl I know, Kelly Osbourne, I’ve saved her life twice,” ranted Love. “I’ve done CPR, I’ve put things in her boobs. [She was on] Oxycontin, cocaine, foaming at the mouth.
“Kelly and me get along great … but it’s gross. I don’t like being the punchline for drugs when I don’t do them, so stop it.”

Courtney then shares that Sharon Osbourne paid a publicist big money to keep Kelly’s drug problems out of the media. And also admits that even though she hasn’t been doing any drugs, she has been drinking a bit:

“I drank rosé this year, I had a bump … but I take my program seriously … I’ve been drunk this year more times … than I have in my entire life.

We all know Courtney is a different creature, but I believe her when she says she’s not doing drugs. Maybe when people claim she’s off the wagon, they’ve seen her drinking? I do find it interesting that Kelly, being a recovering addict herself, would make jokes at the expense of another addict.

Kelly Osbourne at the Material Girl launch: refreshingly cute or just boring?

Kelly Osbourne was named the new “face” of Madonna and Lourdes’ Material Girl clothing line for Macy’s, shortly after Raccoon McPantless was ousted. We’ve already seen Kelly’s ads, which I found refreshingly cute and sweet, and totally appropriate for a juniors’ line. These new photos are from some kind of formal event for Material Girl - Kelly showed up, walked a red carpet, and then did a sit-down interview in front of an audience, I think. And because Kelly isn’t Raccoon-like, the whole event went off without a hitch.


This is kind of a boring sidenote, but whatever: I really like Kelly’s hair these days. I love the cut, the layers, and the color. This is maybe the best hair she’s ever had, in my opinion. It softens her face (that jaw!), it makes her look younger and prettier and just more pulled together. I can’t say I’m a huge fan of this outfit, but I suspect she’s wearing head-to-toe Material Girl, so whatever. Cute.

It’s been so much fun to watch her evolution from when we first got to know her on the reality TV show ‘The Osbournes’ to now. I can’t wait to see her in ‘So Undercover’ with Miley Cyrus.

 Kelly Osbourne Still Sees A Therapist Over Her Self-Image Issues

I have to say, I’m happy to hear that Kelly Osbourne is still seeing her therapist to discuss her issues with her attitude towards herself and her weight. After all this talk about her losing over 50 lbs I’m glad that she’s discovered that being happy doesn’t just come from your outer appearance! Kelly spoke to Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine and said;

“I’m in therapy – it’s helped me in all areas of my life. There’s a huge mental factor in losing weight. It’s not just about getting on the treadmill. It’s about doing things to make you feel good about yourself.”

Kelly Osbourne credits her current weight loss to good old fashioned healthy eating and exercise, but also says that she’s tried every fad out there before to lose the weight;

“I’ve done everything – meal deliveries, milkshakes, diet pills, the juice diet, the maple syrup diet, even not eating at all. I’d do it for three days and if I didn’t feel a drastic change, I’d be like, ‘F**k this, I’m not doing that anymore.’ ”

Wow, that is pretty drastic! I’m happy that Kelly Osbourne has finally found a solution that works for her, but really it’s just common sense! Fortunately Kelly has the support of her mother, who has also had her own battle with her weight;

 “Mum’s been so supportive. She understood because she’s been there. When you’re a fat girl in Hollywood, it’s not fun. You never get looked at the way skinny girls do.”

I’m just happy that Kelly Osbourne is doing so well and is still getting therapy to deal with her self-image issues.

Wow!  Kelly Osbourne has made a 180.  The last time we heard her talking about Luke Worrall… she used a lot of explicit words. Today the TV personality admitted to Britain’s Cosmopolitan magazine that her former fiance still owns her heart.

“We still have a lot to learn about life. A lot of mistakes were made, a lot of bad things were said. I think we need to spend time working on ourselves, but it doesn’t erase the fact that I’m head over heels in love with him. I haven’t been with anyone since Luke.”

Can she get past the alleged cheating? It sounds like that’s what Kelly Osbourne is trying to do.
