Fergie & Paris Hilton Glam Up For Annual Red Tie Affair

The Annual Red Tie Affair gala in California, had a star studded gather led by  Fergie, along with her husband Josh Duhamel, and a celebrity royal touch from Paris Hilton who worked the red carpet like no other.

Josh Duhamel attended to receive The Red Cross Spirit Award for his efforts with the American Cross which helped raise $150,000 for the Japanese earthquake/tsunami relief at the Youth Run 4 Japan fundraiser.

Paris Hilton is gearing up creating her usual massive hype as her new reality show “The World According To Paris” is set to premiere June 1st on Oxygen.

The alcoholic sports drink has been receiving a bit of heat lately, but that didn’t deter them from supporting Snoop!

I wonder if former BFFs Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie belong to the same gym? I’m guessing not: that may just be too awkward.

But you can see some similarities between them: they both clearly like pink. I have to say, though, I think Nicole’s pink bag is slightly more sophisticated than Paris’ pink earphones. But to each her own, right?

Paris Hilton Claims ‘There Is Nothing Like Me’

Paris Hilton, who was the first reality starlet to really be famous for, well, nothing really, claims that she’s not threatened by the Kardashian’s of the world or any other reality show starlet for that matter. In an interview with the Associated Press, Hilton says;

“There’s so many people out there who try to imitate what I do but I am the original,”
“There is nothing like me.”

Hmmm, sounds like someone is trying hard to stay relevant! Paris also has a new reality show currently being filmed that will air on the Oxygen network in the spring called ‘The World According to Paris” and she says that;

 ”The show’s everything about my life, showing the business woman”

I just don’t picture Paris Hilton as a very serious business woman, but maybe I’m wrong! Will you tune in to watch Paris’s new reality show?

Looks like Lil Wayne and Paris Hilton have more in in common than you would have thought.

In the April issue of Interview Magazine, the bad boy rapper and party-girl heiress bonded over their love for music, clubs, and freedom after jail.


Miss Hilton and the "Lollipop" singer chatted via phone during which time they broke the ice while conversing about their time in the slammer.

"There were times when it was pretty tough to be by yourself, and to have no television, no nothing. That was kind of tough," said Wayne of his one-month stint in solitary confinement, after being caught with an MP3 at Rikers Island last year.

Hilton, who served 23 days in prison in 2007 after violating her probation for repeatedly driving on a suspended license and ignoring court orders, empathized, "I know how you feel. It's the best feeling in the world when you come out."

Paris and Wayne are currently each working on their music careers. They even exchanged phone numbers for a future collaboration."That would be the sickest thing," said Hilton, who hopes to release her second album this summer.

Paris Hilton probably isn't the talk of too many elementary schools, but she certainly was this weekend when she showed up at a dance at Selma Bartlett Elementary in Nevada Friday night! 

Just why was the heiress at an elementary school sock-hop? Well, she was there with her beau Cy Waits to see his daughter. Paris was apparently a real charmer at the event, and posed for pics with all the little boys and girls who requested a photo op. Aw!

Paris tweeted from the event: " At this Elementary School dance, it's 50's themed. Love all the poodle skirts, so cute! I love spending time with kids, they are so sweet."

Paris Hilton isn't quite ready to settle down with her man Cy Waits, but she's definitely thinking about it. The reality star says she feels "broody" at times and kids are in her future.

She said: “I feel broody sometimes. I’d love kids in the future. Cy’s the best boyfriend I’ve ever had. I’m so happy with him.”

The reality TV star also spoke out to defend former pal Lindsay Lohan, who was recently charged with stealing a necklace from an upmarket boutique, insisting the ‘Mean Girls’ actress is a “good person”. She said: “Lindsay is a good person so I want her to turn it around. We haven’t been in touch recently because our lives have taken a different direction but I only wish her the best.”

Paris’ mother Kathy recently admitted she and her husband Rick would love to see their daughter settle down with Cy. She said: “I know that they've been dating a little less than a year and I think she's waited this long. She adores him and I never ever ask or ever push that question with my girls because I got married so young, I never want them to feel pressure. Anyone that loves animals and is kind like that ... she'll be an incredible mom. I was at Macy's with her recently and there were 1,000 people there and the little children came up and she lights up. Here in the States, many of our favorite celebrities are taking to their Twitter accounts to send love, prayers, and well-wishes to everyone affected.

Additionally, Lea Michele added, "So devastating to hear about the huge earthquake & tsunami [in] Japan. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone there."

As for Lindsay Lohan, she shared, "My mommy just woke my sister and I up to this! God bless those that are in fear."

"The images on the news are breaking my heart. I am so worried for everyone in Japan. My thoughts are with you Japan. God bless you all," tweeted Paris Hilton.

And President Barack Obama shared, "Sending condolences to the people of Japan, particularly those who lost loved ones in the earthquake & tsunamis. U.S. stands ready to help."
